Dover Race Track in the fall, 1999
The Dover International Speedway can accommodate 140,000 race fans. The concrete track is one mile long, the straightaways
are banked 9 degrees and the curves are banked 24 degrees. There are 42 pit positions and the pit road is 1,150 feet long.
Dover hosts the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series races and the NASCAR Busch East Series races.
